Rejoice and Be Glad!

BIBLICAL POINT OF REFERENCE:

"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You have faith in God; have faith also in me."

~John 14:1

Have you ever thought about what would make you happy in life? If there was anything that could go right in your life, what would it be? I'm guessing the answer to those questions are not just one single, solitary thing; it's probably a bunch of things combined. Why do I ask? Well, I've been thinking about how happiness is kind of scarce in the world, and how unfortunate that is. Why are we so unhappy with our lives? For some people the answer is tragic: maybe you've lost loved ones, maybe you're feeling alone, or maybe everything you had was taken away from you. But for many people, the answer is like everyone else's: you don't feel like you have a purpose, and you're struggling to understand why you're here. This is going to sound crazy, but DON'T STRUGGLE. Stop struggling to understand something that only God can comprehend. You will figure out what you want to do in life. You will face challenges and you will come out on top. And you will be happy. You just have to allow yourself to be. I'm here to tell you today that God made us so that we could rejoice in Him. Especially since Independence Day is tomorrow, let's rejoice and be glad in the land God gave us. Be happy my sisters, and keep on laughing! Your Laughing Sister, Callahan
