Today You Have Seen Redemption

BIBLICAL POINT OF REFERENCE:

"Let that be the prayer of the LORD’s redeemed, those redeemed from the hand of the foe, those gathered from foreign lands, from east and west, from north and south."

~Psalms 107:2-3

My daughter,

Today is the day you have seen redemption. Today is the day you have seen the wondrous deeds I can do for you and those around you.

You now see that the world is not simply black and white, but nor is it completely gray in between: It is an array of color, a painted masterpiece that blends together on an everlasting canvas. It is the peace of the night and the energy of the day; it is made up of sorrowful misfortunes and beautiful miracles. And it all serves the purpose of bringing you closer to me.

So what are you to do when you get lost in the masterpiece I have created? What are you to do when the answers you receive bring up more questions?

You are to look to me for guidance and support. You are to look to me to accept what you do not know and love greater still.

I do not ask that you find this mission easy, nor comforting to complete, but I do ask that you let me take the burdens you bear to put on my own shoulders instead. Though I have given them to you for a reason, you need not rely solely on yourself to see it through to the end.

You are not any less of a person despite your flaws and the crosses you carry.

For I AM the path to redemption, and I AM the path to salvation. Rest in me, show love through me, and allow those around you to find redemption as well.

Put away your worries and confusion, and let me do the rest.

Love,

Your Father
